AuxoHub assisted Ithika in creating a Resource Mobilisation (RM) strategy for their organisation. A needs assessment was conducted to understand the financial needs, requirement for sustenance and expansion of Ithika’s work and also the efficiency of the program. Based on the needs assessment, AuxoHub created a detailed Resource mobilisation strategy document and also trained the Ithika staff on RM implementation and monitoring.
