Women Win is an Amsterdam-based organisation that is focused on helping girls and women worldwide exercise their rights. The organisation is built on a strong foundation of and commitment to partnerships and collaborations. This ensures that funding is responsive to the real needs of women and girls in their communities. Thus, the organisation’s funding mechanisms allow for creativity and innovation in response to the need for flexible project implementation. As part of this flexible approach driven by on-ground realities, Women Win is also committed to decolonising processes and structures, particularly those pertaining to grantmaking. Reflecting this commitment, Women Win were key stakeholders of the Resilience Fund for Women in Global Value Chains (“the Fund”).
AuxoHub has been working with the Women Win team over the last year to ensure linguistic accessibility in HIndi, Tamil and Bangla and successful curation of the Learning Hub as a space of learning and sharing, particularly on various aspects of project implementation and on-ground impact creation from grantee organisations.
