Mithra Trust is a Chennai-based organisation that seeks to provide mental health information and tools to those in need in a way that a peer would. As the organisation approached the end of its third financial year, the team wished to engage with strategic growth planning. Adopting a data driven approach, the team approached AuxoHub to undertake one-on-one interactions with volunteering participants to understand their needs from and recommendations for Mithra Trust and its interventions. AuxoHub explored each of Mithra Trust’s initiatives individually, and detailed participants’ feedback of both what worked and what they would like to see more of. The report incorporated commentary on the impact of Mithra’s interventions as well as recommendations for their growth strategies.
