Community needs assessment of e-learning in government schools

The Rotary Club of Chennai Presidency was looking to expand the number of smart classrooms in schools in and around Chennai through the provision of e-learning kits. The aim was to improve the quality of the teaching-learning experience.

AuxoHub was engaged by Rotary Club of Chennai Presidency to assess the strengths, weaknesses, needs and assets of the selected schools as required by the Global Grant application. For the assessment, AuxoHub carried out the study in 11 schools in Chennai and engaged with key stakeholders to effectively identify and address priority needs. At the end of the assessment, AuxoHub submitted a comprehensive assessment form along with an analysis of key data collected. The project was subsequently approved for funding through the Global Grant.
